Terms of Service — Implementation Club

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Implementation Club (“we,” “us,” “our”), accessible at ImplementationClub.com and portal.implementationclub.com. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

Implementation Club is a membership community for entrepreneurs who want to implement more in their business. Your membership includes access to:

Live weekly implementation sessions (Thursdays)
Private member portal with business tools and analytics
Community access (private messaging platform)
Course library and workshop recordings
All tools and features listed for your membership tier at the time of enrollment

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from the platform with reasonable notice to active members.

Membership and Billing

Subscription Tiers

We currently offer two membership tiers:

Accelerator — $497/month (or as currently listed at implementationclub.com/join)
Elite — $1,497/month (or as currently listed at implementationclub.com/join)

Prices are subject to change. Existing members will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase affects their account.

Billing Cycle

Membership fees are billed monthly on the date of your initial enrollment. Payments are processed by our secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. If payment is not recovered within 7 days, access to the member portal may be suspended until payment is resolved.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New members who are not satisfied with Implementation Club may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial enrollment. To request a refund, email [email protected] within the 30-day window.

The 30-day guarantee applies to the first payment only. Subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through your bank after receiving a refund may result in permanent account termination.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through the member portal or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access through the date already paid for.

We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations after the 30-day guarantee period has passed.

Text Message Communications (SMS)

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Implementation Club, including:

Membership updates and account notifications
Session reminders for weekly Thursday implementation sessions
Important announcements and member communications
Support responses when requested

Opting out: You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further texts will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Help: Reply HELP to any text for assistance, or email [email protected].

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Providing a mobile number is optional. Opting out of text messages does not affect your membership or access to the portal.

Acceptable Use

By using Implementation Club, you agree not to:

Share your login credentials or allow others to use your account (except authorized team members under Elite tier)
Copy, redistribute, or resell any proprietary tools, templates, course content, or materials from the member portal
Use the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable law
Harass, abuse, or harm other members or staff through the community
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the platform
Introduce malware, spyware, or other harmful code into the platform

Violations may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, tools, templates, course materials, and software within the Implementation Club platform are owned by or licensed to us. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business purposes during your active membership.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the platform (such as your business data, analytics, or form submissions).

Third-Party Integrations

The member portal allows you to connect your own third-party accounts (such as advertising platforms, analytics services, and business tools) for reporting and data analysis within your portal. By connecting these accounts, you authorize us to access and display data from those services for your own use.

We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or availability of any third-party services you choose to connect.

AI-Powered Features

Certain features within the portal use artificial intelligence to generate content, summaries, or recommendations. AI-generated output may be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it in your business.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Implementation Club platform is provided “as is.” We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uptime, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or results from using the service.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Success depends on your own effort, skills, and market conditions. Testimonials and results shared on our website are not typical results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Implementation Club’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Implementation Club and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active members of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
